      24 hours.  This unit is on verbal hold for 24 hours.  Verbal hold will expire at the

      end of the 24-hour period without this signed page and the unit will be available

      for sale.

   2. Please overnight your refundable $1,500.00 down payment check to Seneca Tank. 

      This unit will then be placed on hold for (1) calendar week from date of receipt of

      your check.

   3. If a decision is not made within the week following the receipt of your check, your

        down payment will be refunded and the hold will expire.

   4.   If you decide not to purchase the unit upon inspection, your down payment of

      $1,500.00 will be refunded.

Tank body is completely sandblasted on the exterior and the                       

inside of the cabinets

paint:                       

 Tank exterior is completely re-primed and painted (1) color

                       

 Imron paint or equivalent.  Finish color paint is also applied

                       

 inside the cabinets, in the rear equipment area and from the

                       

 frame out, underneath.  

note:  For primer finish in cabinet

                        

and underneath tank only, DEDUCT:  $500.00.

lights & wiring:                        

All lights and wiring are inspected, any light fixtures are

                        

replaced as necessary.  All light bulbs and sockets replaced

                        

with new.

hinges & latches:                        

All hinges replaced with new heavy duty bolt-on type hinges.

                        

New latches are installed on all cabinet doors.

pumps:                       

 Disassembled and inspected.  Overhauled as necessary.

meters:                        

Registers rebuilt, measuring chambers inspected

hose reels:                        

Wiring and switches tested and repaired as necessary.  New

                        

seals installed.  Swing joint bearings inspected.
