SPECIFICATIONS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION

TO PLACE THIS UNIT #B-1120-SJ ON HOLD:

1.        Please sign below where indicated and return to us by fax at 515/264-4358 within 24 hours.  This unit is on verbal hold for 24 hours.  Verbal hold will expire at the end of the 24 hour period without this signed page and the unit will be available for sale.

2.        Call us with a credit card number that we can receive $1,500.00 down payment from.  This unit will then be placed on hold for (1) calendar week for date of receipt of your credit card charge.

3.        If a decision is made to purchase the unit within the week following the receipt of your down payment, an additional 20% down payment or credit approval will be required.

4.        If a decision is not made within the week following the receipt of your down payment, your down payment will be refunded and the hold will expire.

5.        If the decision is made not to purchase the unit upon inspection, your down payment of $1,500.00 will be refunded.

6.        Once the unit is complete, final payment will be required at time of pick up or within 2 weeks of completion.
