PUMPING SYSTEM:            60 days Parts Replacement Only.

CHASSIS:                              As accepted. Customer inspection required at delivery.

   1. Please sign below where indicated and return to us by fax at 515/264-4358 within 24 hours.  This unit is on verbal hold for 24 hours.  Verbal hold will expire at the end of the 24-hour period without this signed page and the unit will be available for sale.

   2. Please overnight your refundable $1,500.00 down payment check to Seneca Tank. This unit will then be placed on hold for (1) calendar week from date of receipt of your check.

   3. If a decision is not made within the week following the receipt of your check, your down payment will be refunded and the hold will expire.

   4.   If you decide not to purchase the unit upon inspection, your down payment of $1,500.00 will be refunded.
