GENERAL TANK SPECIFICATIONS - 2004 Model
Tank Model and Size: Seneca Tank “FuelMaster” Model LP45A, 4500 gallon, 5 compartment, compartment sizes (1100-1000-900-800-700), Almac aluminum construction, non-skirted elliptical design tank, all double bulkheads, 16” manholes with 10” fills, (2) ladders both side rear with full width platform between ladders, enclosed rear bucket box with canopy style rear door and side hose reel doors, 3” piping to the rear, (3) permanent suction/discharge lines, indicator rods in each compartment with (1) disc per rod set at rated capacity of compartment, Betts LED lights with (2) extra brake lights above rear door, tank DOT-406.
(1) 84” aluminum weld-on cabinet with single lift-up door installed EACH side
(1) Inbreathing vent installed in each manhole
(1) 6” x tank length hose tube installed EACH side
3” Emco Wheaton AIR OPERATED internal valves with control panel in rear bucket box
Hard pipe suction discharge to the pump

Frame -- .385 (3/8”) x 10” x tank length extruded sub-frame, full length with ¼” pad between frame rail and barrel
Outriggers -- ¼” Outriggers with ¼” pad between outriggers and barrel at every head and baffle
Crossmembers -- ¼” Crossmembers with ¼” pad between crossmembers and barrel at every head and baffle.
Shell ¼” thick in the belly and 3/16” thick in the side.
