That is exactly why we are proud to recognize Austin James as Seneca Tank’s 2025 MVP Award winner for embodying “Put In More Than You Take Out.” Austin joined Team ST June of 2024, and is currently a key part of the IT Department at Seneca Tank.

Austin represents what this core value looks like in action. Through his work ethic, consistency, and team-first mentality, he has continually demonstrated a willingness to invest in the success of those around him. He has been a critical part of bring automation to Seneca Tank across web and app developments, inventory system upgrades, and many more projects that have changed the functionality of Seneca Tank. Whether it is stepping in where needed, supporting coworkers, or helping move projects forward, Austin has built a reputation as someone people can count on.

The impact of Austin goes far beyond a single department or task. He raises the standard for those around him and remind us that great organizations are built by individuals who care deeply about the people they work beside, and the work they are doing.
